Healthy choice. I'll buy again
Best food for my dog who is very fussy.

My dog loves it. Great ingredients.
My senior dog loves this so much more than the good canned food I had been feeding him for years. He even loves the kibble and eats it without prompting.

So far so good. Smells heinous.
Our Doodle LOVES this food but it smells truly awful. We mix with the dry version and she can't get enough. She's very healthy and at a perfect weight so I guess it's doing it's job!

Okay food, dented cans, fine ingredients
Food is alright and about the same price of blue buffalo dog food. It’s isn’t ground beef like, but rather like small meat chunks which means you get a lot of gravy and less meat. This is okay since I tend to mix the wet food with some of the kibble of the same brand. I can get about 3 servings from one can when I mix with kibble for my small old 15 lb girl. On side note, I’m not 100% on the ingredient. Salt is high up on the list and considering that for dry food, salt can’t account for more than 1% of the total product, anything below that such as the blueberries and stuff are minimally added. I’m not 100% sure if this is true for wet food as well but food for thought. Also, all the cans are dented and it seems to be the case with most of the orders here. It’s not a big deal because most of the content is intact but it is something to note.

Three Happy Hounds!
This mixed in with the dry kibble of the same variety is a huge score for us. I have 3 dogs and finding a food that they all love can be a challenge. Also, one of my dogs has an Auto-Immune Disease so I an super picky about the brand that I choose. I do like to rotate their protein source so will swutch them to this Taste of the Wild Dry Dog Food, Sierra Mountain with Lamb, 5 Pound Bag by Taste of the Wild every 6 months or so. Truly, you cannot go wrong with any of Taste of the Wild foods!

Not good for old dogs needing soft food
I'm sure the ingredients of this food are fine, but my old dog won't eat it; I'm going back to the better-textured Canidae canned dog food. I needed soft food because her teeth have given out and her gums were hurting. After antibiotics she recovered her appetite and ate our remaining cans of Canidae with pleasure. But this canned food consists of a thin clear slime with hard little rectangular pellets of extruded meat, a few whole peas, and cubes of potatoes. She can't chew it and she won't eat it.

My Guests LOVE THE TASTE!
Of course, my mini dachshund loves it and my party guests also love the taste, especially on crackers! Until I show them the can!!! ;-)

My Bordernese loves this food. It meets the requirements of the AAFCO.

The product ingredients are misleading. The website clearly indicates that bison is the first ingredient where in reality (see the photo) bison is the sixth and venison is number 14. Based on the order of ingredients it should be called beef and lamb. My dog ate this but it was not what was advertised. I will purchase other brands that, for example, are venison stew and the first, second and third ingredients are in fact venison.
