Cone 05 reaches temperatures of 1888°F at a ramp rate of 108°F/hr. This wire is rated at 2150°F so Cone 05 thermal process will not weaken or yield the integrity of this wire at full set as it is below the yield strength temperature limitations of the material I believe you would be fine to use this wire at Cone 05 firing temperatures.
