Indispensable for setting frequencies on wireless microphone headsets
My band has a bunch of Bietrun wireless microphone headsets. To avoid cross-connection, they need to be on separate frequencies, but they do not display the frequencies they are set to (and I think the settings are random rather than sequential). I inquired of Beitrun whether a device existed to read the frequencies and they referred me to this product. It has worked great, and without it I could not successfully pair the Bietruns on 8 different frequencies. (I can also scan the venue to see whether there are conflicting frequencies in the room.)

Works As Advertised. Handy and Inexpensive.
Works as promised. Easy to use. Small and handy. Like all inexpensive test gear, you must take care not to physically abuse it. Easily worth the price. I'm getting another for my work location.

Works great for ham radio
This frequency counter comes with its own USB charging cable, no need to open it up to change batteries. The charge time is pretty fast. The menu takes some getting used to, but I mastered it in 5 minutes. When measuring transmit frequencies, remember to hold the counter at least 2 feet from the transmitting antenna, especially when measuring UHF frequencies. If they are too close together, incorrect readings will result.

Great inexpensive frequency counter, ideal for hobbyists and ham radio operators
I've always wanted a frequency counter but was put off by the price. While this unit doesn't really compare with the professional models, for a ham radio geek like me it's perfect. It does a decent job of detecting frequencies in the immediate area, has an easy to read display, its user interface makes it pretty easy to use, and you can't beat the price!

It does what I wanted
Some nasty neighbors have hidden an ultrasonic device in the structure of my rented house. It is meant to cause enough discomfort that I will be forced to leave. With the frequency counter I will be able to pinpoint the device's location. Hopefully the police will then help.
