The bed was easy to assemble, but the instructions aren't exactly helpful. We had trouble figuring out how to get the electrical part hooked up without instructions to do it, but we eventually got there. The motor runs great and it's very quiet. My legs are finally not swelling up all the time and my back is feeling a little better. I know it takes time though. I highly recommend this bed ... excellent quality especially for the price. Review: Good quality, very difficult return process. - Good quality. Returning it is difficult, I got it for my sick grandma but it didn’t worked for her needs (not the best fault), like 3 days after we got it my grandma’s insurance gave her a hospital bed (more adapt to her needs) and when I try to return it it was very difficult to do so and you have to pay shipping which seems to be a bit pricey. I ended up keeping it so that I didn’t have to deal with the headache.
