Is the DecoArt metallic paint inside/ outside paint? Is it a permanent paint?

This product is permanent, however it is not formulated for Outdoor use. I would consider looking at the metallic colors in our Americana Multi Surface Satin line or our Patio Paint line. These products are formulated for outdoor use with fade resistant pigments.

What temperature can this paint withstand? I want to paint some fireplace metal trim.

Actually I would not use this paint for a high heat scenario. Try to find some paint that is high heat such as a barbecue grill or paint color that will be applicable for your situation it needs to probably have a high heat tolerance.
