I see five in here not 7... Am I missing something???

The Ingredients list all 7: Royal sun Blazei (Agaricus brasiliensis f. blazei) mycelium, Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) mycelium, Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum s.l.) mycelium, Maitake (Grifola frondosa) mycelium, Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus) mycelium, Chaga (Inonotus obliquus) mycelium, Mesima (Phelinus linteus) mycelium

Are these grown on wood just like they would grow in nature? And chemicals are never used in farming them?

Host Defense has found that growing the mushrooms on organic brown rice produces additional digestive enzymes and immune supporting compounds not found when farmed on wood, and also produces a more pure and consistent quality mushroom. The inclusion of the brown rice substrate is integral to experiencing the full health benefits of Host Defense products. All Host Defense products are certified organic.

Has it been tested for heavy metals or lead?

Yes, Host Defense tests for contaminants, heavy metals and arsenic. They are all grown in the US in Olympia WA.

can I get the mix with niacin and psilosibin with lions mane?

You could check Stamet's site. Doubtful though.
