Do these also work with Connect version? I noticed the split bowl is different looking than what my Connect came with.

I just bought these for the Connect version, and no, the split bowl won’t work with the portion control function. As far as how it integrates with the feeder, it only fits in the single-bowl scale piece.

Will this work with the motion activated (non chip)? Just need to know if it fits dont need the chip

No, these bowls only work with the chip activated feeder, either the older style or the newer hub "connected" version. With the connected version, you won't get the food weight feature, which requires two small bowls. I am using them in the newer chip activated model, but without the optional connection hub, and they are fine. But they won't work in the smaller motion activated, non chip feeder.

What are the dishes made of?

They are a plastic polymer. Really sturdy but not dish washable. :( would still buy again though. We have three of these feeders and the color coding of the bowls helps a ton
