Full of flavour!
This is an excellent spice mix, full of flavour, almost as good using freshly ground spices. I used the recipe given on the packet and it turned out fantastic with locally sourced beef and India Gate basmati rice. The times and quantities given were spot on. It didn't mention the cup size, but I used the American cup size (240ml) and the results were perfect! Note that you must use a heavy pan to do the cooking for the best results.This is going to be a fixture in my spice cupboard!
