How do you clean this case? It has smudges that I can't clean (probably from rubbing against my wallet in my pocket). None of my other cases do this

I wipe it and my phone down with an alcohol wipe every night. If it won't come off, it's most likely the top layer coming off from rubbing in your pocket.

Is the plug area on the bottom of the case open or does it have a flap to seal it?
