This is my breakfast paratha flour.
Purchasing it for 4th time. I find this helps my blood sugars. I use this for breakfast paratha with lots of chopped methi/palak or moringa. If nothing plain green chopped coriander some green chillies and chopped garlic. Tastes good and raise my blood sugar by half than regular wheat paratha with same ingredients. Guess millets with low GI does the job. Whatever it works for me and worth it.

Good product
Good product. I made some Millet Laddus today with these flour - roasted the flour lightly and added cashews, jaggery and cardamom powder. I also made another lot mixing some ground sesame. Both came out very well. Recommended w/o reservation.
