Hello and thanks for your interest in MOTOsafety GPS tracking and this will absolutely work in your F250 truck.  Please know that there is an OBD version and a WIRED version.  The OBD version easily plugs into your OBD port (vehicles manufactured after 1996) and the WIRED device is hard-wired into your vehicle with three simple wires (ground, constant power, and ignition).  The WIRED version is more difficult to remove from the truck if you are looking for something that is more anti-theft prevention.  Either way, you'll love the real-time vehicle tracking and the real-time alerts you receive on your vehicle. If you don't like it after 30 days, your money back with no questions asked! First day my gps worked amazing. But now it only pinpoints location every hours with no path of travel. I tried Support no help. Any recommendations?

Hello and thanks for reaching out about MOTOsafety GPS vehicle tracking!  Sorry you are having problems with your device and we would like to make this right for you!  Your device should be updating every 60 seconds when traveling and we can update the software wirelessly/remotely. Have you tried using the "Troubleshoot Your Device" button that is located in your customer portal?
