Easy to apply and dries quickly which makes the job much easier. Gives a nice clear finish and really brings out the look of the wood. Coverage is good and a little goes a long way. Very happy with the results.

Goes on easily, particularly with a foam brush, as the consistency is like water. Good results on hardwood, plywood and MDF, resulting in a nice even, almost colourless, satin coating, However, it does sink in very readily so you will need at least three coats to build up a durable finish. Thus, I wouldn't call it "extra tough" as described.

I recently discovered Furniture Clinic Varnish and I really like it. I paint furniture and its perfect for the job. Easy to apply, dries quickly, provides really good protection ~ all that one requests of a varnish. No odour, I clean brushes used in water. Lovely varnish. Good instructions. Easy to use. Goes on very smoothly.

Product dried clear. Used it to protect a desk I had painted black and I can now wipe it and even lightly scratch it without the paint peeling off. I did get a few tiny white bubbles that can be seen close up, likely due to technique with the roller or perhaps I poured too thick a coat. The product is very runny and you can easily apply too much. If you see any drips you need to wipe it away before it starts to dry or it will be visible afterwards. If you don’t correct the mistake before it dries then be prepared for sanding if you want a flawless look.

using this varnish which does not smell at all and is very easy to use, dries in about an hour and I went for the satin option which has left a beautiful finish on the wood that I am treating as a gift for somebody. I would very very highly recommend this product.

I used this to finish a repurposed beat up wooden console table. Good value for the money. It went on well. The shine was just enough to look polished. It dried fast and had a slight odor. Will order from this company again.

This stain gets 5 stars. I’ve used a few different colours and been happy with all. It’s easy to brush on and leaves the wood colour even. What I like is after it’s dried,( which takes a short time) the finish is excellent. Needs two or maybe three coats to achieve the full depth of colour but it’s a beautiful finish. A satin finish that’s worn very well on both a Table and Dressing table top.
