I don’t know if you can use this in that area, but I ended up throwing it out because it caused a rash and it actually burned my skin. I had no issues getting a refund.

Can you use palmer fade cream on lips?

We do not recommend using this product on lips.

Can I use it to fade a tattoo?

This product is not intended for tattoos or to fade tattoos. Additionally, while using the Skin Success collection, we recommend daily sunscreen use to protect the skin and the tattoo from further darkening.

Please is this for dry skin or all skin types ? The product picture shows for all skin types but product description says for dry skin
