Review: I love that this book is clearly divided in two sections ... - I love that this book is clearly divided in two sections - the informational section (where you learn about the history of ASL, the benefits of signing and how to teach your little one) and the dictionary section (where you can find all the signs you could need for baby in alphabetical order). Our baby is still a bit too young to sign back to us but we know that she understands some of the signs we use and we know, by her reaction to our question, if she wants whatever we are asking her! We can't wait until she signs back!

I think this helped my LO talk earlier
I only ended up using a few signs. I think my daughter ended up talking earlier because we taught the signs. so didn't end up needing as many as we expected.

Love this book
This book is beautifully written and easy to read. It includes entertaining anecdotes from parents' experiences with their babies signing to them, instructions on how to begin signing with your child and the process to expect and a huge section on sign language with clear images and instructions on how to make the hand signs. Even though the book uses ASL (American Sign Language) and I'm a New Zealander, I'll still be using these signs with my baby. I fully recommend this great book!
