Works with Nesspresso D300*** WITH MODIFICATIONS
Itโs didnโt fit in my Nepresso D300 machine since couldnโt lock on the capsule brew chamber thing. When I looked at a used pod the center hole was about 5xโs larger. So the needle could not fit into this metal pod, being that the center hole was too small. I solved this problem using a Dremel with a very small drill attachment to enlarge the hole. The I used the same Dremel with a tiny file attachment to smooth down the hole. Took less than 5 minutes ( keep in foam while drilling so it doesnโt move around). Now I have a stainless steel reusable pod that works perfectly in my machine.

Excellent reusable pods that save money and elevate coffee quality
These reusable capsules have been a great addition to my daily coffee routine. The amount of money I save compared to constantly buying disposable pods really adds up, especially if you drink coffee every day. They fit perfectly in my Nespresso OriginalLine machine and feel sturdy and well made thanks to the stainless steel design. What I love most is the flexibility to choose my own coffee. It really makes a difference in both flavor and freshness. I do recommend investing in a good quality coffee because thatโs what truly brings out the best results with these capsules. Theyโre easy to use once you get the hang of filling and sealing them, and the included lids are a nice bonus. Overall, these are a smart, eco friendly option that delivers great coffee while saving money in the long run.

It all depends on your grinder, amount, and ensuring a tight seal
This takes a little work to dial in. Firstly, let me say that if you donโt have a decent grinder (at least a decent conical burr grinder that can go pretty fine) skip this. A blade grinder wonโt cut it and a cheap $50 grinder - even conical burr grinder at this price point - wonโt cut it either. Cheap grinders just wonโt grind fine enough nor have a consisten grind for decent extraction. So, make sure to grind pretty fine and consistently. Second, youโll need a decent coffee scale (or something that has one-tenth of a gram precision) to measure the amount of coffee. I use 5 grams per capsule (when using darker roasts) and can push to 5.5-6 grams (medium to light roasts). Although the instructions say not to press like youโre filling a portafilter for espresso, you should give the capsule some light taps on the counter and still press it with enough pressure to allow about a 1mm space at the top, so itโs not a very light press like the instructions might have you believe. This will minimize channeling and help create pressure. I think they just want to make sure you donโt tamp like you would for an espresso machine, but itโs still a decent amount of โtampingโ with the included scoop. Speaking of the scoop - do NOT use it to measure. You want consistency once you dial it in to your liking. So, again, use a coffee scale or other precise food scale. Finally, before placing the seal, make sure there are no coffee grounds on the rim. Rub around the rim with your dry finger to remove any coffee grounds in order to ensure a tight seal because pressure is important. If any grounds are stuck on the rim, you just wonโt get a good seal and lose pressure leading to uneven or low extraction. In the end, it takes some work, but so does any decent cup of coffee. Experiment and find the amount or roast you like. It works well for us. In my pictures I compare Peetโs Coffee to one of these pods. I was still dialing it in so itโs a little lighter at this point but worked really well!

Doesnโt fit, skip this product
I got this so that we could stop wasting so much with offbrand plastic ones and even original or Starbucks which can be recycled. (Still have to ship those back). First, not as easy to fill as I had hoped. Having to line up a rubber thing on top and then the sticker to hold it all together. That wasnโt fun. Then it just falls through half the time. So you have to slightly close the lever so it stops in place. Then to shut it and use itโฆI thought I was going to break my machine. I have 4 machines. One is offbrand. It was impossible to shut all of them. This sucked. Waste of money. Skip it. Donโt break your machine (or worry you are going to).

They slip right through into the used pod spot
I liked that these were easy to refill and the stickers were good quality. They came off cleanly after the pods were cool. I was even able to reuse some disposable pods. The reusable pods slip right through the top Into the used pod spot. They work great when you can get them into the proper position. I prefer to just reuse the disposables with the included stickers. The pods make good crema on the top the espresso. I find packing it a bit tighter makes better crema

Way cheaper option for good Espresso
I have bought two of these sets (a total of 4 capsules) as there are 2 coffee drinkers in my house. We often drink more than one cup, and having to clean it out just for a second cup in the same morning was too big of a first world problem to deal with, but I digress. I have been pleased with the performance of these little capsules. The only downside (which itโs more of just a case of โwatch what you are doingโ) is that there is a small silicone ring that sits below the lip of the rim. On a few occasions, the ring has stuck to the inside of my nespresso machine, and I had to retrieve it with a kabob skewer. Not a huge deal, but it needs to be on the capsule in order to get a good seal while brewing. One other thing, make sure you use well ground coffee. Iโm not a sommelier of coffee, but I have experimented with different grinds. I usually keep various French roasts on hand with regular grind, and I also like the cheap Cafe Bustelo espresso ground coffee as well. The Cafe Bustelo is the optimal grind size in my experience. Using standard ground coffee does not produce any crema at all. Since I bought two of these sets, I have a pretty large supply of the foil disc-stickers. I havenโt had to re-order these foil discs yet, so that could be an issue in the future if they stop making them. I may try to use just regular aluminum foil to see how that works, and I will update this review if I find that it is a success or not. Donโt hold your breath on the update. I will try, but no promises. ๐

Works great on Creatista! Now I can use any coffee beans I want.
I tried Capmeso on my Creatista. One was with Capmeso pod and the other was a refilled nespresso pod and used one of the sticker lid. I didn't overfill and just pat it down as I was filling. The lid stick really well and there was no residue at all. One thing I noticed was it was much harder to push the stainless steel, I was even hesitant to do it but it went well. Compared to the original pod, it is much shorter so it wont damage the puncture part of the machine. Both espresso came out delicious and same crema amount. I do notice that there were some coffee grounds in my cup on both of them. I emptied my tumbler in a bowl so you'll see it in the last picture. I used fine grind espresso, Cafe Bustelo in particular. I will try and use medium and in between medium-fine next time. Would I recommend this? Definitely. I can use any coffee beans of my choice and no guilt feeling of having to use non-recyclable plastic pods.

So easy to use & saves money!
I bought these on Amazon to use in my combo Nespresso/Keurig machine and I am NOT disappointed! They're easy to use, the instructions are good, particularly the grind recommendation for coffee beans. I normally buy Lavazza pods and thought I might buy the coffee to use in these, but I have a bag from an upscale coffee shop at the mall where I work. I tried them in the Keurig pods but didn't like it much. However they're perfect in the Capmesso pods! Now I get to enjoy this amazing coffee the way it was meant to be. The pods are also easy to retrieve and to clean; the lids come off very easily even after perforation by my brewer. I love these and will definitely be buying more lids to keep using them. Instead of spending $0.60 per pod I'm down to about $0.02 per cup of espresso and that's after buying the 2lb bag! Do yourself a favour and save your coffee money!

Very good product
I`m happy that I ordered it as now I can drink my favorite coffee, not the one which they out in other pods. The process is quick when u make a habit and it worth it. The water is coming a bit more slow than in one time use pods but it`s fine. I was trying to press the coffee inside more and less and realized that it should not be pressed to hard than it works better. I will buy more such to have them ready and just to use.

Economical and eco friendly!
Works perfectly with my Nespresso Breville. I still have to find the perfect ground to make the best coffee but very economical and easy to use.
