Personal Favorite ... but alas
This is my personal favorite for hot chocolate ... but alas, I gave up sugar last year. Waited until my last can was consumed though! Personally, I love the Cayenne. However, I never use as much of a product as recommended on the label ... and I mixed mine with whole milk and/or raw whole milk (when I can get it). I fixed it to my personal taste ... some days I added more ... some days less. On days where I felt like more of a deeper taste, I added everything from unsweetened chocolate to semi-sweet chocolate chips. Real Vanilla is also good. But ... due to health concerns I gave up all sugar and 99% of carbohydrates. Improved health and reduction in pain was almost immediate, and quite frankly unbelievable. In less than two weeks my fibro pain and arthritis pain were noticeably better. I'm off all pain medication now, my energy has greatly improved, stabilized blood sugar, and I'm sleeping like a baby again. C This is in no way a slam on this hot chocolate. It is one of the things I really miss. I just wish they would make one without sugar ... or sweeteners of any kind. Leave it to the consumer to add their preferred sweetener of choice. But I'll probably have to come up with my own recipe. Until then I got some Cayenne sauce for my eggs. In the meantime, I'll probably order more as gifts. Everyone I have shared this with has loved it.

Liquid Fire
I am no lightweight when it comes to spice. What I got is very, very hot. I now mix it with other cocoa powders to tame it down. That works fine so I'm happy with it.

It's cocoa with a bite
It is a lot smaller of a canister than I'd like for $13-$14 but it is pretty decent chocolate. I did have to add three overfilled spoonfuls (probably more like 4 tbsp vs the recommended 3 tbsp) to get a strong enough chocolate taste to my liking as it is more like the baking cocoa chocolate than the Nestle or other kinds you usually find in the store that are overly sweet. Doing this much not only added more of a chocolate taste but also doubled down on the spiciness. If you like spicy foods, you will like this cocoa. I enjoyed it okay but it may actually be just a little bit spicier than my liking. I'll still enjoy it on occasion but not only does it have hot cinnamon, it also has ceyenne pepper. Is it the best cocoa I've ever had? No. Is it the best spicy cocoa I've ever had? Probably not. But it is "good" and I like that it comes from a morally good source. But I may just be used to Mexican chocolate when I think of spicy chocolate. It's possible they just used too much ceyenne. I'd give it a 3.5/5 compared to cocoas I have had before.
