El otro día recibí el Set de 5 cuchillos Ice Force y estoy encantado, vienen 5 tipos de cuchillos uno mas grande que es el de Chef, el Santoku, uno de pan y dos mas pequeños que sirven para pelar y como puntilla. Lo cogí con un soporte tipo isla para tenerlos siempre a mano y fáciles de guardar ya que así no pierden tanto el filo. Los cuchillos se ven de gran calidad, me he fijado que lo que es el acero llega hasta el final del mango lo que me da mucha seguridad de que será duradero y no se me desprenderá el mango del uso. Cada cuchillo tiene su utilidad ( aunque excepto el de pan los puedes utilizar para todo), la hoja se ve solida y bien afilada, he cortado desde carne, verdura, pescado y fruta y con ninguno he tenido problema. El de Chef y el Santoku son ideales para la verdura y la carne, además con el Santoku al tener como hendiduras en el cuchillo evita que se adhiera la comida. En resumen, El de Chef y el de Santoku perfectos para todo tipo de corte, el pelador para fruta y verdura, la puntilla para el vaciado y recorte mas preciso y el de pan para el corte de cualquier tipo de pan. Son buenos cuchillos de cocina con un acabado Premium con buen agarre y buen corte
