Helps me get quality sleep
My stomach used to wake me up every night at 3am. I was not getting good sleep and it was wearing me down physically and mentally. Great for controlling GERD
Love that this doesn't contain a lot of extraneous ingredients. The sodium alginate is what's great for controlling GERD, and this works very well at a good price.

False advertising
This product is sold as a supplement to treat gerd. I tried it several times and felt worse. I looked at the manufacturer website, and it said the alginate plus is used to detox heavy metals from the body.
