Is there a way to revive them if they are dried out?

I have sprayed them with a light spray and let them sit with a lid on. If it doesn’t revive sprayed again very lightly and let it sit. This is the only way I’ve been able to revive them. If there isn’t enough ink left it probably won’t work anyway.

Why does this kit cost more than buying them all separately?

This is a good deal assuming they're not dried out. They are 4 pads for $12 at craft stores.

do these inks dry out if not used often?

Some of mine were already very dry. I left them alone for 1 year, in the tins and upside down. This afternoon they were all dry! The 60 of them. Couldn’t revive them all with the liquid I bought. Hefty sum to buy the recharges! I would rather buy the hole collection o inks if I can find a good price. Any ideas? Thanks.
