This product makes my hair shiny and smooth when used with blow drying. It should help your ends. I always use a keratin enriched conditioner after shampooing which likely contributes to making my hair smooth. If your ends are dry after your keratin treatment, perhaps the stylist is a bit heavy handed with the flat iron.
