Great combo product
I've been taking K2+D3 as well as Magnesium for a range of things, but separately. With this product I only need to take two capsules a day. It is easy to use, the capsules are easy to swallow, and I have felt an improvement in my body. I was previously taking two different supplements to meet my needs, and after switching to this product have not found any change in effect from my previous ones and will switch to this one from now on so I do not need to take so many pills every day. Highly recommend!

Best Quality Magnesium Glycinate + K2 + D3 + MCT oil combo value!!
This is not medical advice, but I am a retired pharmacist and this is the Magnesium I choose for myself and my family. Salt form is important for absorption which is why I choose the glycine form. K2, D3, and MCT oil powder have also been shown to be important not only for absorption but for how your body utilizes these vitamins together. I take two at bedtime and it keeps my muscles relaxed, helps me to sleep, and keeps me regular. It's nonGMO, and has no major allergens. I give it 👍👍!!! ...Oh, and I took a picture of the size. It's in a standard sized vegetable capsule. Hope this info is helpful.

Good lab results
Have been taking this and finally had a physical appointment with my doctor. Had labs done the week prior and upon discussing with my doctor he said my vitamin D levels were up and looking good. Last couple of years he stressed taking more because my numbers were low. Not now, so I guess this works best.

Really haven’t noticed a difference taking them. There was a capsule or two that were half filled. It’s an okay product
