Works wonders for some people.

This is my favorite tea. I feel like it helps me relax in the evening, and my sinuses also improve when drinking it once a day. Mullin can be combined with other herbs. I have used it for 5 years, I've had no side effects. I love the taste when lemon and honey are added. Do your research, and only do what's right for you. The package is a bit smaller than I expected, I am OK with that.
