I like to put them in the freezer for a little while, and it’s just like getting a smoothie from Smoothie King—so delicious! Taste good
I was a bit skeptical about buying this at first because it has no sugar added, and I was worried it might taste bland or artificial. But I was honestly super impressed the flavor is really good and didn’t feel like I was missing out at all. The low calorie content is also a huge plus, especially if you’re trying to stay on track with your diet without giving up something sweet. Definitely a great find, and I’ll be buying it again!

3 Carbs for 1 whole container!!
These taste good and consistency is like milk. Very filling especially if you are type 2 diabetic. My doc loves them too. Very convenient better cold. If you need something at night before bed this is the definite way to go. Only 3 carbs for 1 whole container!! I totally recommend
