Not a bad camera but prefer another Brand i purchased would recommend nevertheless

Works great and reliably. Bought one in 2019 and the second one in 2021. Both are working like a charm. Easy setup and the mobile app is friendly. Night vision is much better and clearer than some other brands that show like ghost white. Definitely worth the money.

Delivery is two days late due to the polar vortex in Michigan last week. It is acceptable. Can't wait to open the box and play with it today. Just follow the instruction, download the app and connect the camera with the app using home WIFI. well done, easy job! the video quality is good and the head moves smooth. The camera is very sensitive to the sound. I place it in the family room where our kids play there, the camera can catch the sound source and turns the head quickly. Compared to the other similar products , this one is a good deal. I am testing another function of how to share the live video to my parents living in another county.

So I guess you get what you pay for. This does everything it says it does, but just barely. This is my 20th or 30th security camera. And except for the one I returned, the poorest quality. I spent a whole Saturday installing this on my ceiling, replacing a wired PTV camera. I bought a 20 foot cable for power. Ran it through the attic. It does alarm on sound or video, every third or forth time. It does follow people, about one in ten times.... and then because of motion the video is so bad that I can’t recognize my wife! Two way audio doesn’t work... I’m not sure it is in the product description. The night vision is good, but varies between colour and B&W.... but that doesn’t appear to be based on amount of light.... I’ve seen colour in relative darkness and B&W in relative light! Despite the fact that the resolution of the PTZ camera this replaced was technically much less, the clarity of this appears worse. The Wyze for $20 more is far more vaue for money, although not as pretty and not quite as good night vision. I wish I hadn’t spent so much on a nice installation for this camera, or I would be returning it. I hope the similar outdoor camera of the same brand, that I can’t install until the snow clears, is at least a little better.

I ordered my first one bc my dog was sick & I wanted to keep a closer eye on his he was doing. I ordered my second one to keep an eye on my cats & make sure I turned the lights on for them & the dog if I was away longer than I expected. I got my third one as a way to check if my garage door was down. I got my fourth and fifth ones as gifts for other people. Need I say more? Night vision is awesome motion detection is accurate. Mic is awesome too. I have had to use it to check in with someone who wasn’t answering their phone. Very convenient. All cameras use the same easy app so I don’t have to change from one to another. If I could give this 1,000,000 stars, I would for all the help it has been for me in my life. I love that I don’t have to pay a service to maybe or maybe not keep tabs on stuff for me. And the price is very reasonable. If I need another camera, this will be the one I get.
