Cute but broken
It arrived broken. it was packaged in bubble wrap. No box I dont understand that logic. It was inside one of those bag type shipping container. No wonder it was broken. Other than that, it was cute and what I wanted.

Broken doesnโt always mean a fail
Package first time unfortunately came broken you think that would result in a one star butโฆyou would be wrong. The package wrapped so well and you could tell the sellers had really tried to make that not happen, it was a double order so it was placed in a larger box where it had a lot of space to move so pretty sure thats what did the first cup in, but the return process was painless and they had a new one sent to me which arrived in perfect condition and in time for Christmas so I am beyond impressed at the quick turn around. And the mugโฆbeyond cute! My mom loves llamas so a llama mug for Christmas was a no brainer. The message on the inner side of the cup was icing on the cake she is going to love it. Thank you so much! Stuff breaks it happens its no ones fault, but how the company responded and handled it was top tier so five stars for me : ) And yes the llama mug is even cuter in person than what is pictured on amazon.
