How do you turn them on?

On my 2020 Tacoma there is a button below and left of the steering wheel that turns on the truck bed lights. I have it set to turn on any time I open a door or unlock the truck. You can set it to always be on or always be off as well. Similar to the cab lights. I hope this helps.

Breathable Port. Is there a port to allow air flow so these lights don’t fog up?

Toyota 2016 will they work?

I don't believe they'll work for a 2016. They're designed to fit into holes in the bed that come from the factory.

2020 no bed lights and no existing switch? Suggestions

This worked on my 2021 Tacoma. I had to remove tail light assembly and there were wire connections already in place by factory. Should be same for 2020.
