Hi Kelly,Thanks for your question. No, the Petrel isn't used with a transmitter.  The Petrel 2 and incorporates a fischer connector for integration into rebreathers for primary or redundant PPO2 monitoring with full decompression. The Petrel2-EXT includes a Fischer 103 I/O port used for external PO2 monitoring of up to three oxygen sensors in a rebreather loop.
