Will it remove crayon marks?

Yes it does remove crayon mark but the sponge becomes dirty and chips off .. it cannot be used for hard surface scrubbing I use it to clean door and window stains , kitchen cupboard doors, washbasins and switch boards - just wet with very little water and wipe clean … no need to add and cleaning agent

Is this real melamine sponge? Someone pointed out its a simple normal sponge.

It’s a spongy material which leaves it’s own residue.

Does it work to clean stainless steel ?

Yes it cleans aluminum and steel.

Does its works on sofa

Yes in case if it is a fabric. We do not recommend on leatherite or sensitive leather products as the sponge is chemically treated. You may do a patch test before use.
