Pests hate it. Dilute before using. Your plants will get greasy a bit but it does keeps the bugs away. I dilute and spray it on the plants.

Burnt all the leaves despite diluting with water
Don't buy. I used it only once. Even though I had diluted with water , the solution just burnt my leaves and the sapling died. Be very careful if you are using this .
