What a great product, expensive yes but so worth it

I purchased this item in Dec 2022. It has been great for us never washed in dishwasher and never had metal utensils used on this product and now has a small divit in it and wondering if this re placeable under the 10 yr limited warranty they responded saying did I buy it from them said got it on Amazon and re sent order # never heard back

I took it out of the box and added some water. As you can see in the image, it's not flat. There's a small inverse bowling. I removed 1 star for that. But also as you can see in the image, it's a bit water-phobic, which bodes well for non-sticking. We'll see how long that lasts. My first use was bacon followed by eggs. It performed perfectly. Cooked well and no sticking at all. Clean up was super easy. It looks great and seems to be of good quality. It's light, which can be good, but makes me worry a bit about durability. The handle didn't get hot -- unless I got too close to the pan. That is, even the "sleeve" portion of the handle was too hot to touch nearer the pan. Not a problem but something to be aware of because it LOOKS like it wouldn't be hot there. I won't be touching it with metal and I'll only be hand washing it.

I received my order last week. I bought the 14” and 10” pan. Much to my surprise they are very sturdy yet extremely light weight. I was not expecting that. Not only are they attractive but they are amazingly easy to clean and my food cooks evenly. So far I am very happy with my purchase !!

The item appears to be well made. It was easy to clean up after use. So what's the catch? Well, I will be 71 years old in a month and in all my years, I have never seen a fry pan that didn't have a flat bottom. The bottom of this pan is domed up about 1/8 of an inch. Now I know that that doesn't seem like very much but if you have a recipe that requires a small amount of oil or water that 1/8 of an inch is huge. All liquids will run to the periphery leaving the centre of the pan barren. My recipe called for some sautéed garlic and then the main component was pasta noodles. Ever tried to sauté something when you can't get it to the centre of the pan? It's not easy. When it came to the noodles they didn't fry well at all because they only touched in the centre where there was no oil. You can't fry without oil can you. This dome also appears to create a problem with uneven heat but I cannot prove that. My stove has a glass top so the pan never came into contact with the element due to it's diameter and the dome. So now what is the answer to my original question. Would I but this item again? The answer is absolutely not. The chance of me ever using this pan again is very slim, almost non existent in fact. Instead, I am going looking for a 14" cast iron pan with a nice flat bottom.
