I am not a fan of giving bad reviews but I was super disappointed with this item. I ordered it because I was running a marathon in the desert in Oman and wanted to stack the odds in my favour to finish the event. I washed them once before the event, wore them during the race....kilometre 24 and I know it's then because we had checkpoints every 8 k, a hole in the top of the sock above my big toe which proceeded to get bigger as the race wore on...made the whole race uncomfortable and I still ended up with two blisters. So no, didn't do what it was supposed to do and how do you get a hole in a brand new pair of socks which were not cheap ? Super disappointed, they only reason they didn't get binned post race was so that I could document it and save you from the same mistake I made.

Got these for my wife when her bargain basement junker socks of the year fell apart in the wash. She wears socks all day everyday, and her feet are always cold. She says these are a bit too warm in the summer, we keep our home at 80F in FL humidity during the summer, but when it is not so intensely hot and humid outside she is wearing them. They are my favorites too for the same reasons as hers. They are soft, not too thick, pretty much go with any activity, and they don’t bleed in the wash. Mine are approximately 4 years old, and they barely look a week old. I will say the fit is good, but some socks are more elastic than others and feel as if they could be a size or more larger for it.
