This dehydrator has been a strong performer so far. The listing says 800 W, but both my smart plug and the mains board show it drawing around 1000 W. It doesn’t sit at that level constantly though. It cycles the heating element on and off to hold temperature, so the power use evens out during longer runs. I’ve already put it to work with a few batches of beef jerky and some fruit leather. Everything dried evenly, and the large capacity makes a big difference. With 12 trays, I can load a lot in one go instead of running multiple smaller batches. The build feels solid. The stainless‑steel body is easy to wipe down, and the trays slide smoothly. Noise is noticeable but not disruptive, which matches what others have said about similar models. The temperature controls are simple, and the wide range gives enough flexibility for different foods. The only frustration has been the silicone mats. The included ones are a useful size, but I couldn’t find replacements anywhere. Most mats on the market are slightly larger. I ended up using 25×30 cm mats, placing them lengthways and flipping the shelves upside down. They touch the back and the glass, but they still work fine for fruit leather without spilling. Overall, it’s been reliable, straightforward to use, and the results have been consistently good.

Having used this product for roughly two weeks, I can thoroughly recommend. This is a first class dehydrator, which is easy to use, easy to clean, is quiet in operation and consistent every time. Having dealt with the companies customer services, I am thoroughly satisfied that they are a first class company. The product and company is highly recommended.

Good product, although door fit is not great and rattles sometimes - resolved by shoving some kitchen roll under door catch, but not ideal.

This item works well and does exactly what it says, the instruction manual with times and temp settings may have to b e ignored slightly due to different fruit sizes and thickness etc, but overall a good machine

I use this dehydrator to proof dough for bread making. It is very effective. It mentions in the description that it has drip tray but it arrived without one. I think it generally ships without one. I fill up the drip tray with water to raise the humidity inside. The customer service of the manufacturers were very kind and send me a perfect drip tray. I am very happy with how effective this dehydrator for the purpose of dough proofing. I would recommend it for that but am unable to comment on how effective it is as a dehydrator. This is a follow up after 8 months of purchase. The control panel has given up the ghost. The customer service tried to show me ways of rectifying the problem but none worked. At the end Amazon accepted return for full refund

The lights turned on but does not dehydrate anything. It came with inadequate packaging and must have broken on its way. I reported it and amazon never showed up for the collection.

I used this for drying seaweed samples. It was easy to set up and get using. The trays are easy to clean. They are a bit smaller than others I have used but still got a good volume in them. A good piece of kit that was delivered quickly.

Super! Les feuilles ont été utilisées pour déshydrater des fraises. les fruits n'ont pas collé et se sont détachés facilement. Tous les morceaux sont parfaitement séchés! Je recommande!

Tappetini a maglia fine per essiccatori e forni a vapore. La maglia è strettissima ma molto traspirante e consente stendere prodotti quasi in polvere, granelli sottili e sementi di piccolo calibro. Stesi su una griglia lavorano molto meglio di una teglia perché consentono la circolazione dell'aria ed evitano di dover girare il prodotto nell'essiccatore. Con prodotti leggeri (foglie sottili e polveri) si possono usare due tappetini con in mezzo ilm prodotto da essiccare che rimarrà ben fermo in posizione. Davvero molto utili.
