This is my 3rd order, it’s a staple now. No flavor, which I like. Mixes great into my coffee using a frothing stick. I also mix it into oatmeal but the trick is to froth the powder with some water first and then mix it into the oatmeal. Also mixes well into yogurt and of course smoothies. I think I notice less bloating with this over the raw whey protein I had been using in the past.

After looking for years for a healthy, clean protein with no artificial sweeteners, natural flavors, dyes, additives, monk fruit, stevia, the list goes on… I finally found the perfect protein that doesn’t make my stomach hurt or give me a headache!! It is SO yummy! I use it in yogurt, coffee, or just plain milk in my shaker bottle. Clumping does occur, but it’s not that annoying, just shake more! Quality 10/10.

Best protein powder so far, I put a couple scoops in my coffee with cinnamon, honey and vanilla it foams and mixes nicely with hand frother.

Since I can’t do cow dairy, I can’t compare this to regular denatured whey protein powder. However, I can say that this product is excellent. Some say that it is a little “goaty” but I don’t get that at all. It does make things taste a bit like milk, but it is not overwhelming at all. It dissolves smoothly. Leave no grit in my nondairy yogurt. When first stirring it in the yogurt, it is kind of clumpy. But if I let it sit just a couple of minutes and stir again, it all dissolves away, cleanly and smoothly. Excellent protein source Wish it were cheaper. :)

The taste is basically non-existent (which I like because then my shake tastes like the fruit/ingredients I put into it and not just the protein powder) but it also adds a nice creaminess to the shake. Being 6 months pregnant I try to get 100g of protein per day and this makes it really easy, I definitely notice an energy boost after having it. I've probably tried at least 6-7 different kinds of protein powder (both whey and plant based) over the years and this one is the best one I've tried and is cost effective. Half of the container is not empty when you get it, which can be the case sometimes for more med-higher cost powders. I would recommend this to anyone who wants clean, easy to digest protein and has trouble getting it all from whole foods alone.

Great company. Please read whole review. I recommend this company's product but on this the flavor was not for me. I really tried to like this but it was so gross tasting. And I like goat cheese. But as far as putting it in a shake I just couldn't do it. It was unpalatable. I think that if you can handle the taste and the flavor or maybe you cook with it. It might be really great for you because it's got really high protein content but I could not drink it due to the poor taste. I don't think it's a bad protein, it just wasn't the right one for me. *****I want to say that this company is really great and that they offered me a refund. This is the kind of company you want to work with. They're sensitive to the needs of the customer. I know their product is top notch and clean but the flavor wasn't for me. Will I buy their other products? ABSOLUTELY

I’ve had this for a day and it’s already life changing. This morning put two scoops in a fruit smoothie and it was creamy and delicious with just the amount of taste to feel like it was sweet goat cheese in the smoothie. May sound odd but I loved it. Then for dinner I mixed one scoop in with pasta, veggies, ghee, and truffle salt. It’s tasted like goat cheese was again in the dish but just enough to be present without overpowering. I can’t wait to see what else I can do with this!

Product is great at doing what it says it will do. Did an intense workout and had this both before and after and was not sore afterward. I got the unflavored/unsweetened and that flavor is quite intense so definitely mix with something to mask it. If you are lactose intolerant, this has not affected my digestion but it did break my skin/face out so be careful.
