Could this also work as a good overdrive pedal to make my high gain amp tighter and clearer?

No, this pedal is used to create repeat echoes of the signal. It is not an overdrive or boost and definitely not meant to tighten up an amp.

Can this be used with 9v battery??

There is not a compartment for an 9v battery 9v DC power supply is needed

Does this guitar effects pedal have a battery compartment or does it only work with charger?

Charger only. It's way too small for a 9v.

Is the power included on this guitar pedal?

No. Power cables are not included
