Has anyone found an ice pack that fits that keeps the food cold longer?

I use a stack of four large ice panels that are made for a small cooler in addition to the small Cat Mate pack. I then wrap the stack of panels in a large towel. I put the food box on top of the wrapped ice panels. Next, I wrap a wire around the food box and ice packs like a gift. I also cover the dials completely (sides included) with thin cardboard and very sticky tape. I put all of this in a larger box. My cat has not been able to break in with all that, and the food stays cold for 16 hours at least. Recently one of the panels has repeatedly failed to open a couple times. (He used to break into it all the time.)

Looking for advice with using C200 with two kittens... if they aren't both there when the door opens, one will eat both bowls.

I would recommend two separate feeders, and possibly one with a more precise timer. That way one kitten cannot eat both bowls at the same time. The timers on this feeder are not precise at all, which makes it difficult if you're looking for it to open at a specific time.

Is an ice pack included?

The Cat Mate C100 Automatic Feeder does not include an ice pack and is not designed to use one. If you are wanting a similar feeder that includes an ice pack you should try the Cat Mate C200 Automatic Pet Feeder. It is a 2-bowl feeder with individual timer control on each bowl that can be set for up to 48 hours later and includes an ice pack.

Does anyone else have issues with their ice pack swelling and preventing the food compartments from snapping in place?

The ice pack should not be swelling as you describe unless it has been subjected to extreme heat repeatedly. However, all Cat Mate products are covered through the manufacturer's warranty for at least one year (some have an extended warranty available for up to 3 years) so Closer Pets may be able to provide a replacement if yours is defective.
