Review: Not loving the ingredient list. - While I love the idea of vitamin C with 20% potency and Hyaluronic Acid, I'm wary of some of the other ingredients of this product. The serum itself has a nice consistency. It's a little heavier then many serums, almost like a gel. It doesn't seem to have any fragrance whatsoever. It does feel good on my skin and provides a base for sunscreen and makeup that is not greasy. The ingredient list is a bit like a chemistry project though. I haven't had a chance to look them all up and many of them appear to be harmless, but some of them might be cause for concern for users who either have sensitive skin or those who are very conscientious about chemical exposure through their cosmetics/soaps/etc. I'll let you look up the Glycols and Triethanolamine (TEA) yourself, as there is controversy on whether cosmetics provide enough of dose to be harmful. I've provided a picture of the ingredients since I don't see them listed on the order page. Perhaps the word "chemical" means different things to different people (considering even table salt is a chemical), but I can't agree with the company's assessment that "What we offer, is simply 100% natural with no chemicals because when it comes to our customer's health, it's our no. 1 priority." Since I began using the serum, my skin is more vibrant and not near as dry. As I get older, and living in Florida, it seems my skin is always dry and I have been applying face cream multiple times a day. Since I have been using this Vitamin C Serum, I only use my face cream once a day and my skin feels more vibrant, I have people tell me my face has a glow to it and that my skin looks healthy. It has to be from this cream, as this is the only thing different I am doing for the past week. I am blessed to not have dark spots on my skin (yet) and I am hoping this will keep me from having them. This is a great serum that I will continue to use.
