My dog had been scratching one ear a lot, and it was getting hard to ignore. I wanted to try something at home first before going to the vet, so I gave this a shot. The bottle is simple and easy to handle, and the applicator tip helps keep things clean when applying it. The liquid itself is clear, slightly thick (not watery), and doesn’t really have a noticeable odor, which I liked because it didn’t bother my dog at all. After using it as directed, I noticed a difference pretty quickly. By the second use, he had already stopped scratching so much and seemed a lot more comfortable. That was honestly the biggest thing for me. What stood out is how clean the application feels (no mess), the texture of the product, and that it doesn’t have a strong scent. It also seems gentle enough, since my dog didn’t react negatively and stayed calm during use. One small thing is that you still have to apply it carefully, especially if your dog moves a lot. Seeing him relaxed again and not constantly scratching made a big difference. I’d definitely keep this on hand in case it happens again.

I have been an Amazon customer for years and this may be the best product I have ever bought on Amazon. I have a cat that has had major ear problems for years. He's been to the vet on numerous locations who have treated him for infections as well as a deep cleaning of his ears and nothing has worked. I hate seeing my cat suffer like this so I decided to take a chance in this product. Well this miracle product works. I followed the directions exactly and used it for seven full days. I noticed an improvement after 3 days but after 7 days, the cat's ear problems are almost completely gone. Although he shakes his head from time to time, the itching is pretty much gone and his ears are much cleaner. I am now following this care with the Zymox ear cleaning pads from time to time. I just wanna say this worked amazing on my pit bulls ears. My poor baby has had on going ear infections going from one ear to another. We have tried so many creams, drop, all that you can think of and some would help for a short while then the irritation would come back again. Within 3 days of use the redness, irritation and infection is gone. No more endless nights of ear shaking and scratching! Was very skeptical at first because of the price, but I will say it’s worth it money 100%

This stuff works!!!! My beagle has ear issues with itching bad and the head shakes. I had her taken in to the vet and it was cleaned out with meds added and I left with $100 or more vet bill. My poor beagle had issues again months later so I looked on Amazon and found an ear flush that is amazing, but the issue wasn’t fully going away. I then found this product and gave it a try. No more vet visits this stuff cleared up her ear problems. It went from inflammation and dirty looking to a clear ear that is so clean and no issues. My sweet girl is so happy now. I highly recommend this product if your dog has itching, inflammation and the head shaking due to their ear bother them. I can’t believe how quickly and well this cleared my dog’s ear. It’s a heavier gel product too so it stays put. There’s also so much product to use. This will be a good thing to keep on hand instead of a vet visit for ear issues.

My dog was visibly more comfortable after 36 hours, once I applied the ear drops. It didn’t smell, and was easy enough to apply.

​If you have a dog with severe atopic dermatitis, buy this!! My cutie schnauzer is currently on a strict allergy regimen (immunotherapy and Zenrelia). Her skin is managed well, but she recently started pawing at her head/ear. Her ear smelled awful :( ​I made the mistake of using a standard ear flush first, which just ended up trapped deep in her ear canal (I could hear the liquid squishing for days when massaging her ears). My dog flapped his ears and used his paws to scratch his ears for about week time. I realized that there was something discomforting in his ears and I search this product. I applied it to my dog the first night and I can see the efficacy in the first night and continue the second night to apply the product to my dog's ear, then I did not see my dog scratch the ears any more. Wow! My dog had what I interpreted as excessive wax build up in his ear. He’s a feisty little guy and I could not get on top of it with mere cleaning and hair trimming. With a yeasty smell I turned to this product. The debris that came out of his ear was phenomenal, and now he is irritation free with a very clean ear canal. This product is highly recommended.

I haven’t had to go to the vet and pay hundreds of dollars for things to fix her ear infections since we got this stuff. I have a Chinese shar pei so it’s really common for them to get ear infections. This stuff is thick and doesn’t go everywhere, travels thru their ear and then you just wipe the excess. It’s great!
