can two be used at the same time for two boys?

Yes, up to SIX can be individually controlled simulataneously. You have to turn on each controller/vehicle pair one at a time.

Can you easily turn it left and right? How much control do you have with the remote?

This is a crazy fun car for kids. That being said the front tires don't steer. The left and rigth tires turn at different speeds like a tank to turn. So its not very precise turning, it turns a little too fast to make accurate turns in my opinion. Its not built to race around a track though. It runs over everything and doesn't damage anything it hits Is a perfect kids indoor rc. Can't go wrong for the money.

Does it make loud noise when it jumps

No! It's pretty quiet... Not nearly as loud as a blender... May a dishwasher?
