Just What I Needed
Excellent. Fits perfectly to my more than 30 yo Sears wet/dry vacuum. Being able to handle wet as well as dry vacuum jobs is a real plus.

This filter improved my 16-Gallon Shop Vac
I bought this instead of one from Sears. I have an original 16-Gallon Shop Vac and needed to replace the filter. The suction was clearly suffering after years of abuse. This one was tight on the new installation, but it came with everything needed to be an effective replacement. I powered up the unit and the suction is beyond incredible. I'm using this for DRY applications, but you can use it for wet--I'm guessing you'll have to air dry it to avoid mold and mildew. Moving forward, this works well and the 5-stars is clearly justified!

They work really good and are easy to install. Worth the money and the filtration is good for removing dust especially in spring with cotton wood

Fits my old +30 year old Sears Craftsman 8 gallon, 2.25HP wet dry vac
I was looking for a replacement filter for +30 year old my Sears Craftsman 8 gallon wet/dry vac (model # 113.177480 ). A search shows the replacement was a 9-17816 and it fit perfect. The old filter was taller, but the metal base indents in. And this filter is a little short but works great.
