I found out at the last minute that my daughter and son-in-law were traveling to Florida and would be joining us for Thanksgiving. I ordered a turkey from Publix but realized that I didn't have a carving knife, so I went to Amazon. I found the Mueller electric knife and it looked ok and was reasonably priced. With two day delivery, I had it in time for Thanksgiving and it did a nice job on the turkey. The knife cut well, was well made and easy to clean.

Finally sucked it up and bough another one of these to replace an old yellowed one my parents had in their kitchen like forever that transferred to us. I hope this one lasts as long as that one did. Boy did that old one look old by the time it died. This one looks super fancy and works like a dream. We used it for a turkey and for a huge rib roast for the holidays and this makes such quick work of cutting up a huge centerpiece of a meal. TOTALLY recommend this.

This item is great for carving the Thanksgiving turkey 🦃 and Christmas Ham unfortunately it also carved your finger too. It got my finger. This item also cuts cheese at ease and makes s great gift and get on for yourself as well.

This is a dangerous and poorly designed electric knife. I ordered it for Thanksgiving 2025 and it didn't arrive on time so it sat in the box until today when I tried to use it to carve a holiday brisket. It is nearly impossible to put the blades into the handle without cutting yourself. And once you finally get them in and turn it on, it shreds the meat instead of cutting it. This is absolute garbage. I'm well past the point that I could return it timewise, so I had to warn everyone else. Run! Do not buy this!

It seems to work well. The teeth on the blades are more aggressive than my last knife but that’s not an issue.

Excellent mid-range unit. Be cautious when inserting blades as you can easily cut yourself. We found it's better to hold down the release button while carefully inserting blades so you don't cut yourself.

Product functions very well. It is worth to mention that this product is 110v only and does not work on 220v. The seller was very helpful. Despite a misunderstanding with the product voltage rating, the seller was proactive to ensure customer satisfaction.

The product labelling is extremely poor. The power rating is 110 W. This should be written in bold, especially if it's exported. Labelling and safety and environment certifications are some conditions that Amazon needs to be concerned about. In a world of ESG now its time that Amazon stepped up its governance on these matters too.
