I bought this for cooking, and it’s PERFECT! So, I bought this to add some green veggie flavor to my soups and cooking, and it works perfectly! It does **WARNING** turn the whole concoction GREEN! *laughs* But, it tasted Fabulous! I don’t know how someone could drink it..*bleeck* You better Love Green Veggies if You do! For me, it is an easy peasy way to add greens to my food, it stores well, a little goes a long way, AND I do t have to worry about my green veggies going bad in 2 days after I buy them!! When ever I need some greens while cooking I reach for this, add a dash or three (it comes with a little scooper) to my dish and keep going. I’m still new at using it, so finding the right balance so the color doesn’t visually take over my entire dish is still a challenge, but considering the benefits (flavor+healthiness) the trade off is worth it!

First off, I appreciate that the customer service for this company is actively addressing people's question carefully, in a detailed manner. I can't be sure whether or not I can trust that this is really organic, or that it contains acceptable minimal traces of pesticides, but at least the costumer service has put me at ease. I appreciate their transparency about it being grown in China. Aside from that, it's definitely broccoli sprouts or broccoli, since it tastes just like broccoli. The price is also really good for the amount. I take this for the sulphoraphane, which studies have shown to be important in preventing a bunch of cancers.
