Do i apply the mask after conditioning hair or before?

After cleansing, rinse hair with warm water. Remove excess water from hair. Apply a quarter size amount starting from the ends and working to the roots. Comb product through with fingers or wide tooth comb. Chill out for 5 minutes, then rinse with cool water. Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water. NO CONDITIONING REQUIRED, THIS MASK TAKES CARE OF IT COMPLETELY. THANKS!

Does it make fine hair even thinner?

I did not find that at all. I have fine-medium hair, and I find it stops frizz without weighing down my hair.

Does this come packed at all? The one I got was just the container with the plastic cap inside?

I ordered 2 and they were both just a lid and a plastic inner lid. When I opened it, it didn’t look like it had been used I was concerned too.
