How close are the circles to the dimensions stated is a 2" realy 2" or is the measurement off? also if you wanted to cut the shape out how hard is it

The circles in the template all seem to be about 1/32" larger than the imprinted dimension, but I'm pretty sure that is intentional to accommodate the width of a well sharpened pencil. I tested this theory, and the circles that I have drawn with a sharp drafting pencil using the template are right on the money.

Made in the us? or china?

This template is made in China.

What material are these made out of? if plastic, do you know what kind?

A bendable plastic.....that's all I know

how many come in a pack as it says its sold in a pack? Thank you.

Hi, thanks for your question. There is one circle template per pack.
