I’ve been using these oral probiotics by Dr. Paul O'Malley, and the results are amazing. My mouth feels much fresher since I started taking them, and I love that they are chewable with a very mild mint flavor. It’s great to know I’m strengthening my dental health naturally. Totally recommended

Stuff works really good. You just pop it in the mouth and just let it dissolve naturally seems to work. Great I normally take it in the evening before bed.

This is my second bottle, I used a different kind the first time called Oral probiotics 11 billion CFUs and xylitol. Which I was satisfied with. But I wanted to make sure I was getting the best for my mouth problem. I have white tongue maybe due to Sjogren's disease dry mouth and dry eyes dry skin etc. I'd like what I was taking but I wanted to get the maximum help for my mouth. So this has M18 and K12 which is most important for microbiome and oral balance. I just started to take it Don't know it if there's a difference. But I do not like the taste, I got mint and it tastes very salty.

When I first started using this, it made an amazing difference in my breath. Like most people, I have HORRIBLE morning breath. I really believe mine is worse than everybody. Any way, when I started using this, I was waking up with a world of difference. I wouldn't say my breath smelled great, or minty fresh or anything like that, but it did not stink. It was just neutral I guess is the best way to describe it. I was amazed. As time went on, I noticed that it wasn't working quite as well, and I was experiencing my breath having an odor again, although it was no where near as bad as when I wasn't using this product. I decided to take two at a time and that seemed to do the trick for a while, but now I am back to a slight bad smell again. Like I said, it is way better than it was before using this, but I wish it kept working like it did at first. I don't want to keep upping my dosage. That will get pricey. I did some research and it appears that this is normal for these breath probiotics. Results tend to be temporary according to a couple of papers I read. I am stubborn though. I think even though it isn't working as good any more, it is still better than going without, so for now I will continue to use it.

I would give this product zero stars if I could. They claim these taste like strawberry vanilla. They do SMELL like strawberry vanilla, but someone has obviously never actually tasted strawberries or vanilla. These were horrible. I tried spacing out the time between brushing my teeth and taking them to see if it was the toothpaste/mouthwash effect making them taste bad, but they were still absolutely awful. They were so bitter that they made my mouth drier rather than helping me produce more saliva. Hard pass. Just, no. Do they help with bad breath? I will never know. I couldn't stand taking them for more than a week — and even that was tough. Expensive and awful. I threw almost a full bottle away.

I don't understand the bad reviews. For me, it worked wonders. The taste is pleasant and the effects already show after 2-3 weeks of usage. You have to respect some rules for it to be effective, for example avoid eating or drinking anything for an hour after you take the pill; avoid taking it immediately after using mouthwash (it kills the both the bad and the good bacteria); avoid hot drinks (prevents the good bacteria to colonize). If you take it correctly, it works. I got rid of bad breath and white tongue. Also use tongue scrapper, warm saltwater gargles and coconut oil pulling for good hygiene. Just ordered mt second bottle.Oh and by the way,the product is vegan, it says so on the label.
