Is it small and regular or small and large?

I have honestly not used any cups before so I can t tell you want the large and regular difference is how we I can tell you small(purple) is for lower cervix or also someone who has never had a vaginal birth and the white is a bit bigger and made for those with a higher cervix. For the price this is the way to see what size works best for you .

Can I return it when I use it once

Obviously not..... I threw both away
