Tastes great. I use a little less than a full packet and have to shake/stir it continuously to make sure the powder doesn't settle at the bottom. Has helped me stay energized/hydrated and keep cool on these hot summer days.

Very sweet and definitely needs lots of ice
It does the job. However it is waay to sweet and you need a lot of ice to make it palatable. Think the glucose drink in the doctor's office. I would buy it again, but maybe a different flavor, ideally ginger.
