Great for beginners
Perfect size especially when learning how to make sushi! I was a sushi chef for a little over a year, then I moved and switched professions but it’s still a great skill to have! Yes the size is big but it’s better to have more than less so it comes in handy. Super easy to clean, I wrapped mine to keep it protected. Still have it to this day
