Bought these comfy insoles to replace the infamous adidas cloudfoam "end plastic waste" insoles that fall apart within months. The insole really does relief some pressure on the feet but adds some height so you might need to loosen your laces. Also remember that shoe sizes are universal (men and women size about 1.5 difference). You could save some money (and maybe less cutting) by buying the correct size. > women's 6-10 is also men's 4.5-8.5 > men's 8-14 is also women's 9.5-15.5
