I bought the orange this time. It tastes good although I probably prefer the Berry. The first time I used it I took the recommended dose (2 scoops in a cup of water) and it really cleaned me out. So now I take no more than half of that daily and it keeps things going the way they should.

This product worked for the first two days, then didn’t seem to have any impact at keeping me regular. I have been taking it daily for 2 weeks and am still suffering digestive issues.
