Do the seats have to recline together or can they be at separate heights?

The seats can be adjusted separately

Which stroller organizers work with the double stroller?

We use the one I linked below. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01NBJ7PDG/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_api_i_877RD2MXH719TRRSXXYK?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

Does this stroller meet Disney’s requirements [strollers must be 31” (79cm) wide and 52” (132cm) long or smaller]?

Both single and double Citi Mini strollers meet Disney's requirements

Is it good for newborn kids? Without any additional seats?

The manual for the stroller says not to use it unless baby is at least 3 months old so I haven’t put my daughter in it yet. We use a chicco keyfit car seat and there wasn’t a car seat adapter for the keyfit when we bought the stroller.
